Gently mix beef with the worcestershire, seasoned salt, pepper, and mustard. don't over do it.
fry in a hot cast iron skillet or hot pan. no oil needed.
I usually cook mine medium if we can eat them right away and thats about 2-3 mins per side. So you can gauge it based on how thick you make them or you can just google it!
